Personal Statement

 

I am a 6’2” quarterback from San Diego, CA. In  the fall of 2012, I moved to attend an all boys all boarding college preparatory school in Dyke, Virginia.  As a starting  junior quarterback my team went 11 – 2 . Blue Ridge School won the division II VISAA State Championship and I became a 2nd team All-State quarterback. On March 15 to March 17, 2013, I attended the IMG fourth annual mini-camp kickoff weekend and was named MVP.

 

I am looking for a college where I can find the right balance between football and academics. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact. My goal is to reach my potential and earn the opportunity to play at the highest level I can.  I am passionate about football and love to be challenged.  Every game is different and you never know what is going to happen.  I have a very strong work ethic and have enjoyed the rewards of getting better every year by working hard with my teammates, my coaches and being dedicated to my craft.
